Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Quality Control Supervisor- (Rubber & Plastic Products Manufacturing) here at Perfect Fit! The ideal candidate will bring forward an array of skills and will be able to successfully supervise workers while ensuring the utmost productivity and standard is being met.

​

Responsibilities & Duties:

​

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

• Prepare production and other reports.

• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Supervise labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing.

• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Microsoft office suite expertise (Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

• Strong communication skills, written and orally. 

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 

• Strong aptitude and the willingness to learn new skills

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.

• Full-time M-F
   

 

Pay: $36.00 / hour
